Enantioselective synthesis of tetrahydrofuran compounds starting from bis-allenylic compounds
nel presente lavoro di tesi è stata indagata la reazione di idroalcossilazione di bisallenoli promossa da un catalizzatore chirale di Oro(I). Sono inoltre state ottimizzate le reazioni per la sintesi dei precursori e la sintesi per un composto utilizzato come standard per la determinazione della stereochimica assoluta di uno dei prodotti di ciclizzazione.
in this thesis work the hydroalkoxylation reaction of bisallenols promoted by a chiral Gold(I) catalyst was investigated. Furthermore, the reactions for the synthesis of precursors and the synthesis for a compound used as a standard for the determination of the absolute stereochemistry of one of the cyclization products were optimized.
