Our society is destined to age more and more, consequently the workforce made up of senior workers will increase exponentially in the coming decades. But who are the senior workers? Are they really a burden for the company or are they a resource for it? In the following work we will try to answer these questions. We will address the concepts of Age Management, Work Ability, Active Aging. We will investigate the motivation of workers over 50 and their potential.
La nostra società è destinata ad invecchiare sempre di più, di conseguenza nei prossimi decenni aumenterà esponenzialmente la forza lavoro composta da lavoratori senior. Ma chi sono i lavoratori senior? Sono davvero un peso per l'impresa o al contrario sono per essa una risorsa? Nel seguente lavoro cercheremo di dare risposta a queste domande. Affronteremo i concetti di Age Management, Work Ability, Active Ageing. Indagheremo la motivazione dei lavoratori over 50 e le loro potenzialità.
