This thesis has been built following this structure: in the first part there is a recap on what has been done until now, regarding the following innovation fields - Internet of Things, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Assistants and 3D printing- focusing on how they work and when they can be used. Then there is a chapter with some cases. The third chapter is focused on the impact that these innovations can have on people, in particular for giving them precise outputs. These innovation streams will basically change the innovation decision process. There is no model built within this thesis; the main topics behind it are inspired by workshops and events I joined. These types of sources were mainly used for the first part of the thesis. Another way I collected data was by a form and interviews with my colleagues. These sources has been used for the last part and lead to one of the findings: people need to be educated on innovation with new tools, like the flipped mode, that will help them to use and train with innovation; plus, they need to approach to a different model of innovation, a social one, to understand which are the skills that are really needed to interact with the new innovation streams.

Abstract
These sources has been used for the last part and lead to one of the findings: people need to be educated on innovation with new tools, like the flipped mode, that will help them to use and train with innovation; plus, they need to approach to a different model of innovation, a social one, to understand which are the skills that are really needed to interact with the new innovation streams.È consentito all'utente scaricare e condividere i documenti disponibili a testo pieno in UNITESI UNIPV nel rispetto della licenza Creative Commons del tipo CC BY NC ND.
