Technology development and digitalization affect the real world. Software applications are increasing rapidly. Companies have made great steps in their projects to transform their projects into agile management. However, due to companies work without evaluating people and systems correctly, companies are questioned to take full advantage of agile transformation. While Agile Project Methods aimed to improve people's processes and regulate their working methods, it can create a more inefficient and moral environment as a burden for employees. While doing the research, it is aimed to understand what the problems are by looking at the expectations of both employees, managers and the organization within the agile transformation. Employee motivation, customer satisfaction, impact of the organization structure and culture of the company were tried to be analyzed via survey.
Lo sviluppo tecnologico e la digitalizzazione incidono sul mondo reale. Le applicazioni software stanno aumentando rapidamente. Le aziende hanno fatto grandi passi nei loro progetti per trasformare i loro progetti in una gestione agile. Tuttavia, a causa del fatto che le aziende lavorano senza valutare correttamente persone e sistemi, si chiede alle aziende di sfruttare appieno la trasformazione agile. Sebbene i Metodi di progetto agili mirassero a migliorare i processi delle persone e regolare i loro metodi di lavoro, possono creare un ambiente più inefficiente e morale come onere per i dipendenti. Questa ricerca, ha lo scopo di capire quali sono i problemi osservando le aspettative di dipendenti, manager e organizzazione all'interno della trasformazione agile. La motivazione dei dipendenti, la soddisfazione del cliente, l'impatto della struttura organizzativa e la cultura dell'azienda sono stati provati per essere analizzati tramite sondaggio.
