The study aims to reconstruct and anlyze the extent of the Exaustion Doctrine in the context of Italian and European copyright, taking into account above allthe problematic aspects of the mattere connected withthe movement of the intangible copies ogìf protected works in the information society.

Lo studio si propone di ricostruire e analizzare la portata del principio dell’esaurimento nel diritto d’autore italiano ed europeo, prendendo in considerazione soprattutto gli aspetti problematici della materia relativi alla circolazione in forma immateriale delle opere dell’ingegno nella società dell’informazione.
