The thesis shows and analyzes the testimonial, memorial and therapeutic dynamics involved in the artistic exercise of repetition, in particular of what will be defined as cinematographic "in-person reenactment". The subjects involved in this practice and the fictional expedients used by it will be presented and studied through illustrative films. These characteristics will then be found in the two case studies addressed in the final chapter.
La tesi mostra e analizza le dinamiche testimoniali, memoriali e terapeutiche implicate nell'esercizio artistico della ripetizione, in particolare di quello che sarà definito "in-person reenactment" cinematografico. Attraverso opere filmiche esemplificative verranno presentati e studiati i soggetti coinvolti in questa pratica e gli espedienti finzionali da essa utilizzati. Tali caratteristiche saranno poi riscontrabili nei due studi di caso affrontati nel capitolo finale.
