Mirror e movimento. Una scoperta che ha cambiato la visione dell'insegnamento motorio.

Thesis objective: The paper aims to collect information and demonstrate the importance of mirror neurons in the motor field, not only in the field of neuroscience but also in an educational and didactic context, giving interesting ideas for anyone who wants to approach the topic. Methodology, sources and tools used: To achieve this objective, books, websites, articles, and scientific journals in the neurophysiological, psychological, educational and didactic fields have been consulted and studied. After analyzing the bibliography, the fundamental notions were extrapolated to remain in the context of the motor sciences. Stages of the thesis: The paper is divided into three macro-chapters, divided into sub-chapters. Initially an introduction is made with neurophysiological bases to better understand the topic, then we continued with the narration of the discovery up to the central body of the thesis where the didactic and motor applications of mirror neurons are described. Results and conclusions: The retrieved bibliography has proved useful and the results obtained confirm the importance of the discovery of mirror neurons and their implementation in the field of motor education, providing interesting insights also for subjects with motor development disorders.

Obiettivo della tesi: L’elaborato ha lo scopo di raccogliere informazioni e dimostrare l’importanza in ambito motorio dei neuroni specchio, non limitandosi solo al campo delle neuroscienze ma spaziando il più possibile in un contesto educativo e didattico, dando cenni stimolanti per chiunque voglia approcciarsi all’argomento. Metodi, fonti e strumenti utilizzati: Per l’ottenimento di tale obiettivo, sono stati consultati e studiati libri, siti web, articoli e riviste scientifiche in ambito neurofisiologico, psicologico, educativo e didattico. Dopo aver analizzato la bibliografia, sono state estrapolate le nozioni fondamentali prestando attenzione a rimanere nel contesto delle scienze motorie. Tappe del lavoro: L’elaborato si suddivide in tre macro-capitoli, suddivisi in sotto capitoli. Inizialmente viene fatta un’introduzione con basi neurofisiologiche per comprendere al meglio l’argomento, successivamente si è proseguito con la narrazione della scoperta fino ad arrivare al corpo centrale della tesi, dove vengono descritte le applicazioni didattiche e motorie dei neuroni specchio. Risultati e conclusioni: La bibliografia recuperata si è rivelata esaustiva e i risultati ottenuti avvalorano l’importanza della scoperta dei neuroni specchio e l’attuazione che hanno nell’ambito educativo motorio, ponendo spunti interessanti anche per soggetti con disturbi dello sviluppo motorio.
