Introduction: The walk is an indicator of the state of health and the prospect of life in the elderly. The causes of gait disorders are multifactorial and lead to an increased risk of falls with associated mortality, morbidity, reduced functionality and premature hospitalization in RSAs, with enormous human, social and material costs. Fall prevention is fundamental and involves interdisciplinary collaboration, in which the graduate in Motor Sciences has the task of re-educating the elderly subject to movement and balance. Objectives: Nationally encourage a personalized re-education program for elderly people to recover and / or maintain balance and to prevent falls. Materials and methods: Before drawing up a re-education plan, it is necessary to observe the person in front of you at the motor level, submit a check list, observe and evaluate the place where the activity is to be carried out. At the beginning and at the end of the course, the Dynamic Gait Index, Berg Balance Test, Sit to Stand and Time up and Go test will be applied to evaluate the person's improvements. Results: The result of this thesis is the re-educational path that I presented, but unfortunately due to COVID-19 it was not possible for me to apply it and be able to obtain objective results. Conclusions: It would be useful and also important for society to be able to develop a work based on the Guidelines and the re-education process mentioned in this thesis and to be able to see what kind of results can be obtained in the field in the elderly population. Then evaluate whether to validate them in order to apply them in the future to improve the quality of life in these subjects and reduce the costs of hospitalization at the national health level.
All’inizio e alla fine del percorso verranno applicati il Dynamic Gait Index, Berg Balance Test, Sit to Stand e Time up and Go test per valutare i miglioramenti della persona.
