Abstract
The world stands fractured by a divisive pandemic, which has incidentally exposed both the best and worst aspects of humanity, against a backdrop of a highly polarised political landscape, a fragile global economy and many transformational geopolitical events that will come to define future relationships between nations. It is in this context that humanity must now endeavour to implement a mass-vaccination programme, the likes of which has never been seen before, in terms of scale, distribution or deployment. In this thesis, the choices and implications posed by such an immense challenge are laid bare and brought to the forefront, as healthcare systems, national governments and international organisations grapple with the very same issues.È consentito all'utente scaricare e condividere i documenti disponibili a testo pieno in UNITESI UNIPV nel rispetto della licenza Creative Commons del tipo CC BY NC ND.
