To overcome these inconveniences, companies need to collaborate closely with public institutions - the two most important actors in the economic and institutional context - which have an economic, social and ethical obligation to guarantee public welfare at excellent levels.

Abstract
The dynamics of the context in which the company operates require predictive risk management models integrated with business processes. These models push organizations towards a form of organizational resilience capable of guaranteeing companies their survival as well as increasing their adaptability, projecting them towards more agile organizational forms. To achieve this goal, companies must find in technological innovation the disruptive feature - the "creative - destruction" expressed by Schumpeter - to reconfigure production and organizational processes more efficiently in order to be able to offer products and services in line with customer needs. The evolutions of the context and the technological dynamics make it difficult to have a business vision projected in the long term. This consideration is strengthened on the one hand by the growing trend towards digitization and innovation processes in many production sectors, which entail an inevitable chase by "late" companies, on the other hand, the manifestation of risks " black swan ", as seen during the pandemic period, make the context unpredictable and turbulent, depriving companies of the possibility and the ability to make long-term plans. To overcome these inconveniences, companies need to collaborate closely with public institutions - the two most important actors in the economic and institutional context - which have an economic, social and ethical obligation to guarantee public welfare at excellent levels.È consentito all'utente scaricare e condividere i documenti disponibili a testo pieno in UNITESI UNIPV nel rispetto della licenza Creative Commons del tipo CC BY NC ND.
