The following degree thesis has the aim to concretely analyze different strategies applicable on Instagram to obtain a marketing plan and, consequently, an efficient subsequent activity that allows the Psycomix brand to obtain results of Awareness, Engagement and Conversion. Since the brand is not known by its audience, the Instagram page will be optimized in a coherent and consistent way with the brand's goal: to make Psycomix known as an innovative reality that offers solutions to its customers. Therefore, the goal of this degree thesis is to investigate the best strategies to achieve, in the future, the realization of the brand goals. Furthermore, within the thesis it will be possible to observe a Marketing Plan, which is the study of a marketing plan designed specifically for the Psycomix reality. The sources mainly used derive from scientific articles on Marketing and Digital Marketing and from the concepts learned during the master's degree course in Digital Communication. As a conclusion of this master degree thesis it is possible to state that, once the Instagram Marketing plan has been concretely implemented, it will be possible to effectively evaluate the work done and its practical effectiveness.
La seguente tesi di laurea si pone l'obiettivo di analizzare concretamente le diverse strategie applicabili su Instagram per ottenere un piano di marketing e, di conseguenza, un'attività successiva efficiente che permetta al brand Psycomix di ottenere risultati sia dal punto di vista dell'Awareness e dell'Engagement, sia dal punto di vista della Conversion. Trattandosi di un brand nuovo e sconosciuto da parte del proprio pubblico si procederà a ottimizzare la pagina Instagram in modo coerente con l'obiettivo del brand: far conoscere Psycomix come una realtà innovativa che offre soluzioni ai propri clienti. Dunque, l'obiettivo di questa tesi di laurea consiste nell'indagare le strategie migliori per conseguire, in futuro, la realizzazione degli obiettivi di brand. Inoltre, all'interno della tesi sarà possibile consultare il Marketing Plan, ovvero lo studio di un piano di marketing pensato ad hoc per la realtà Psycomix. Le fonti prevalentemente utilizzate derivano da articoli scientifici in materia di Marketing e Digital Marketing e dalle nozioni apprese durante il corso di laurea magistrale in Comunicazione Digitale. A conclusione del lavoro svolto è possibile affermare che, una volta implementato concretamente il piano di Instagram Marketing sarà possibile valutare effettivamente il lavoro svolto e la sua efficacia pratica.
