The capacity and desire to engage in social networking has become a fundamental feature of being human. Social media is widely regarded as one of the most effective communication tools of the twenty-first century. In recent years, there has been an upsurge of social media platforms, opening up new avenues for communication, connection, creation, and sharing of information without the need for extraordinary coding abilities to generate or retrieve material, among other benefits. In particular, social media plays a prominent role in any sector. When compared to more conventional methods of interaction, social media is more reliable, expenses are relatively lesser, and a greater level of efficiency is achieved. The goal of this thesis is to understand and evaluate the importance of social media management in healthcare sector. The study further involves the management of social media profiles of Centro Clinico Minerva and developing a website. It also includes creating, planning and distributing content on social media platforms and a thorough report of the analytics in the given time period.
