Il ruolo dell'allenatore nella scuola calcio in Italia: Aspetti critici e possibili scenari

ABSTRACT 1. Objective of the thesis The aim of the thesis is to highlight, by placing the emphasis on the role of the coach, the strong dualism and parallelism that the football school carries out between the football and social aspects, to underline the importance that this covers in training students, educating them to society and common living. 2. Methods, sources and tools used This work was carried out through in-depth research on the internet, on the main sports and football reference sites from which the information necessary to conduct the study in question was extrapolated. To this research was then added all the cultural background acquired in the experience, primarily as a student of physical education, as a footballer and above all as a trainee at the USD Folgore in Pavia. 3. Stages of the work This work begins in a generic way, with a description of the football schools and the role of the coach and then becomes more and more specific ending with my experience. 4. Results and conclusions This work has certainly highlighted how much discrepancy there is between theory and practice, noting how in different and numerous realities, very often we witness conditions of discomfort for various reasons, one above all coaches not qualified in football, but above all humanly.

SINTESI 1. Obiettivo della tesi Obiettivo della tesi è quello di evidenziare, ponendo l’accento sul ruolo dell’allenatore, il forte dualismo e parallelismo che la scuola calcio porta avanti tra aspetto calcistico e aspetto sociale, sottolineare l’importanza che questa ricopre nel formare gli allievi, educarli alla società e al vivere comune. 2. Metodi, fonti e strumenti utilizzati Il presente lavoro è stato realizzato tramite un’approfondita ricerca su internet, sui principali siti sportivi e di riferimento sul calcio dai quali sono state estrapolate le informazioni necessarie per condurre lo studio in questione. A questa ricerca si è poi aggiunto tutto il bagaglio culturale acquisito nell’esperienza, in primis come studentessa di scienze motorie, come calciatrice e soprattutto come tirocinante presso la USD Folgore di Pavia. 3. Tappe del lavoro Questo lavoro inizia in maniera generica, con una descrizione delle scuole calcio e del ruolo dell’allenatore per poi divenire sempre più specifico concludendosi con la mia esperienza. 4. Risultati e conclusioni Questo lavoro ha sicuramente evidenziato quanta discrepanza vi sia tra la teoria e la pratica, rilevandosi quanto in diverse e numerose realtà, molto spesso si assiste a condizioni di disagi per svariate ragioni, una su tutte allenatori non qualificati calcisticamente, ma soprattutto umanamente.
