Introduction: the paper provides an exposition of the concepts of disability, sport and inclusion, with a focus on the elaboration and the methods of use of MOVIT tests and learning facilitation strategies. Objective: The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the effectiveness of learning facilitation strategies and MOVIT tests applied on Matthew as a tool to enhance motor skills in swimming. Materials and methods: to illustrate the characteristics and use of strategies to facilitate learning and testing MOVIT was conducted the following study that saw the participation of Matteo B. of 8 years, with the diagnosis of "right hemiparesis on a malformative basis and DiGeorge syndrome". Results: from the results of the study it is clear that Matteo has obtained excellent results in performance with an improvement of most of the skills analyzed through the use of MOVIT learning facilitation strategies and tests. Conclusion: the protocol is easy to apply, reproducible and adequate to investigate the potential development area of the subject’s psychomotor profile, It has been observed that the work done in the aquatic environment has brought significant benefits with regard to the motor and in part communicative skills of Matteo. Results: It was possible to see from the final score that the strategies used by Giulia and the MOVIT tables had excellent results in Matteo’s performance within the limits of his possibilities. Conclusion: In the light of the results obtained, it has been observed that the work in the aquatic environment has brought great benefits in Matteo’s motor and communication skills
