Abstract Introduction: Guillain-Barrè syndrome is an acute radicular polyneuritis that manifests itself with progressive paralysis of the limbs. The onset of the disease is very rapid, the etiology is linked to an abnormal immune response with interest or peripheral nervous. Diagnosis is usually made on the basis of signs and symptoms, through the exclusion of differential diagnosis, and supported by tests such as electromyography and examination of cerebrospinal fluid Objectives: The objective is to demonstrate that through exercise therapy it is possible to improve the quality of life of patients suffering from the syndrome and in some cases to achieve a complete recovery of motor function. Materials and methods: For the elaboration of this thesis, the basic knowledge derived from the studies carried out up to now has been necessary; scientific articles from platforms such as Google Scholar and Pubmed have been used; It was necessary to use some university books. Results and conclusions: After analyzing the triggers of this syndrome, the derived complications and the different variants by excluding, through targeted investigations, that we can treat diseases with similar symptoms, we analyzed the effectiveness of targeted physical therapies.
