Abstract

In recent years, the rapid development of driverless technology has promoted the production and commercialization of driverless vehicles, and also promoted the continuous upgrading of urban intelligent transportation system. Moreover, this change will have a profound impact on the future urban structure. Since the automobile was invented in the Second Industrial Revolution, more and more big cities increased rapidly. At that moment, cities developed from compact layout to large-scale, trafficoriented urban pattern. While, in the era of shared economy, diversification of people’s demand and travel mode lead the concept of slow-traffic system(pedestrian road and bicycle road)and walking city back to people’s attention. Furthermore, the urban traffic organization form, road structure and urban space layout change with the modeof travel. This study will focus on the development direction of autopilot technology automation, greening, networking and sharing; diversified application prospects, people's travel modes and mobile services changed by driverless technology. In addition, the study will use the future scene method to predict future urban life scenes, traffic system and urban iteration scenarios. Moreover, the thesis will discuss the impact of city road, public space and community organization which will affect by the development of driverless technology in the future. According to the result to establish an ideal future urban model. Using urban reconstruction and urban network generation method to illustrate the logic of the future urban generation under the impact of the technic of driverless. Furthermore, the rationality, applicability and ideal of the future urban model are explained by specific strategies such as road system design, urban community organization and public space organization.
