Abstract

The project of my thesis has the purpose to investigate why some antibodies are more easily produced than others, starting from previous data from our laboratory, suggesting that the factors contribuiting to antibody overproduction may reside at the level of the VH and/or VL structure. Two scFvs derived from anti-phenyloxazolone antibodies were taken into consideration in this thesis: a high-producing one(NQ19/22.21) and a low-producing one(NQ10/2.2.5).
