With the rapid development of aging population in our country, the aging problem of urban environmental construction has become increasingly prominent. Due to the lack of comprehensive consideration of the needs of the elderly for many urban development projects targeting aging, they eventually lead to one-sided barrier-free design. Many European cities have adopted the concept of inclusive design in their designs and have achieved many successful experiences in solving the problem of aging. They have certain reference value. Based on the perspective of inclusive design, this paper takes three neighborhoods in Italy as a case, and discusses the appropriate aging design strategies from the perspectives of the neighborhood and street through literature research, field research and comparative analysis. The conclusions mainly include the following aspects: 1. Projects The implementation level adopts a wide range of crowd surveys and bottom-up design processes; 2. Optimize the road network form at the neighborhood level and improve the traffic organization, providing a wealth of functional service facilities; 3. Adjusting street layout at the street level, designing safe passageways through the streets, And through the street furniture, pavement and green planting and other ways to create a good urban environment. Finally, the design of the surrounding streets of Shenyang Road, Shanghai was selected to analyze the current status and the insufficiency from the perspective of age-friendly. Based on the successful experience of Italy, a corresponding design strategy was proposed from the neighborhood and street levels.

Abstract
Based on the successful experience of Italy, a corresponding design strategy was proposed from the neighborhood and street levels.È consentito all'utente scaricare e condividere i documenti disponibili a testo pieno in UNITESI UNIPV nel rispetto della licenza Creative Commons del tipo CC BY NC ND.
