Artificial Intelligence and Business Intelligence are business solution that has emerged in recent years and that has already radically changed entire industries, making them more sensitive to the importance of data and insights arising from them. The purpose of this work is to investigate and examine how Artificial Intelligence and Business Intelligence can help companies in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods especially the Beauty Care segment, at this Research Question will be answered through the analysis of a qualitative case study regarding the Henkel Company.
