This research investigates the high-growth phenomenon from a practical perspective, in the startup scenario, and provides a further conceptualization of it. For this objective, a qualitative research methodology was applied, using the two-step thematic analysis and the coding para-digm to examine the in-depth interviews with entrepreneurs who already achieved high-growth for their startups in the U.S. market. Due to its dominant position as an entrepreneurial country and having most enterprises reaching the high-growth level, the U.S. was chosen to be the focus location of this study. The research was developed on the basis of 21 interviews conducted with entrepreneurs in the U.S. by the host Reid Hoffman and Bob Safian, from the source of Master of Scale podcast channel. The findings illustrated a high variety in terms of action strategies among different practitioners, while the opinions regarding the causal conditions, intervening conditions, and consequences of high-growth were mentioned in a lower frequency with a low-er variation. Based on the research results, two conceptual frameworks were developed. The first one illustrated four key dimensions of high-growth derived from the coding paradigm theo-ry, namely causal conditions, intervening conditions, action strategies, and consequences. Some significant factors for high-growth emerged throughout different categories of the first frame-work such as the company sense of purpose and the startup partnership ecosystem, which en-trepreneurs should take into consideration to further accelerate the high-growth of their startups. The second one summarized the effective action strategies for high-growth, with two key prov-en directions, namely foundation establishment, and situation supervision.

Abstract
The second one summarized the effective action strategies for high-growth, with two key prov-en directions, namely foundation establishment, and situation supervision.È consentito all'utente scaricare e condividere i documenti disponibili a testo pieno in UNITESI UNIPV nel rispetto della licenza Creative Commons del tipo CC BY NC ND.
