The following thesis aims to analyze the pharmacological and drug-toxicological aspects, the therapeutic uses, the effects on the organism, the regulations, the methods and the models of preparation, conservation and use of the drug Cannabis. Following the description of the endocannabinoid system, the clinical indications for the use of the substance and the current legislation are described, in particular in Italy.
La seguente tesi ha lo scopo di analizzare gli aspetti farmacologici e farmaco-tossicologici, gli usi terapeutici, gli effetti sull'organismo, le normative, i metodi ed i modelli di preparazione, conservazione ed utilizzo della droga Cannabis. In seguito alla descrizione del sistema endocannabinoide, sono descritte le indicazioni cliniche per l'utilizzo della sostanza e la legislazione vigente, in particolare in Italia.
