Restauro di un villino dei primi del Novecento a Casorate Primo (Pavia)

The thesis deals with the restoration of a house, the choice of this building rests on the desire to give new value to a good history and architecture in this city that has long been left abandoned by the city administration. This house also has a memory value, as the buyer gave jobs to many citizens, within its processing factory feathers, placed next to the building and too it obsolete. The work focused on gathering as much information as possible about the house and its owner Pietro Belloni, in fact the building is known as villa Belloni. The first phase of work carried out is that of detection, in particular the pad for trilateration, geometric, photographic and further degradation. At this stage we tried to know the size of the building, its ornaments in decorative concrete, the structure and the materials with which it was made. After identifying the diseases present and analyze the various causes, mainly due to the state of neglect and weathering, it proceeded to the identification of conservative restoration. These interventions have been chosen to bring to light the materials present and to keep intact as much as possible surfaces. The final phase focuses on the reuse of the house, in particular has tried to maintain the identity of the building going to include features that do not alter the structure itself and that appreciated its meaning within the city. For this reason it is expected the reuse of the house and the adjacent factory as the location of the various associations in the city, creating a multicultural center.

La tesi si occupa del restauro di un villino, la scelta di questo edificio ricade sulla volontà di dare nuovo valore a un bene storico e architettonico presente nella città che è da anni lasciato in stato di abbandono da parte dell’amministrazione comunale. Questo villino, inoltre, ha un valore di memoria, in quanto il committente diede posti di lavoro a numerosi cittadini, all’interno della sua fabbrica di lavorazione delle piume, posta accanto all’edificio e anch’ essa in disuso. Il lavoro si è concentrato sulla raccolta del maggior numero d’informazioni possibili sul villino e del suo committente Pietro Belloni, difatti l’edificio è noto come villa Belloni. La prima fase di lavoro effettuata è quella di rilevamento, in particolare il rilievo per trilaterazione, geometrico, fotografico e in seguito del degrado. In questa fase si è cercato di conoscere le dimensioni dell’edificio, i suoi ornamenti in cemento decorativo, la struttura e i materiali con cui è stato realizzato. Una volta individuate le patologie presenti e analizzate le varie cause, dovute soprattutto allo stato di abbandono e agli agenti atmosferici, si è proceduto all’individuazione d’interventi di restauro conservativo. Tali interventi sono stati scelti per riportare alla luce i materiali presenti e per mantenere intatte il più possibile le superfici. La fase finale si concentra sul riuso del villino, in particolare si è cercato di mantenere l’identità dell’edificio andando a prevedere funzioni che non alterassero la struttura stessa e che valorizzassero il suo significato all’interno della città. Per questo motivo si prevede il riuso del villino e dell’adiacente fabbrica quale sede delle varie associazioni cittadine, creando un centro policulturale.
