ABSTRACT This study examines the administrative and social challenges faced by Nigerian migrants in Italy, particularly in family reunification, legal regularization, and access to essential services. Although Nigerian migrants contribute significantly to Italian society, they encounter numerous bureaucratic and legal barriers that impact their social and economic stability. Through a focused analysis, this research highlights how complex administrative procedures, restrictive policies, and limited public service access leave many migrants marginalized and vulnerable. Each chapter addresses a specific objective, exploring the demographic context, family reunification struggles, legal status hurdles, and integration barriers. Findings reveal that these obstacles disrupt family cohesion, limit employment opportunities, and hinder full participation in society. To improve these conditions, the study recommends policy reforms such as simplifying bureaucratic procedures, increasing access to legal aid, enhancing civic integration programs, and ensuring equitable access to healthcare, education, and employment. These measures are essential for fostering inclusivity, enhancing personal and social outcomes, and promoting long-term integration and social cohesion for Nigerian migrants in Italy.
