IA e autorialità cinematografica. Questioni filosofico-estetiche e nuove frontiere creative.

Through a preliminary analysis of the paradigms of artificial intelligence and a historical-aesthetic study of the concept of the cinematic authorship, this work examines how this technology is redefining the process of cinematic creation. The integration of intelligent softwares in the cinematic production raises fundamental questions, such as the authorship of the film, the standardization of visual language and, above all, the redefinition of the nature of creativity and the specific role of the creator. Through examples and theoretical perspectives, the search highlights how AI can operate both as a tool and support, and as an autonomous agent, competing with the director and other professional figures, and at the same time outlining new paths of co-creation.

Attraverso un'analisi preliminare dei paradigmi dell'intelligenza artificiale e uno studio storico-estetico del concetto di autore cinematografico, vengono esplorati i modi in cui questa tecnologia sta ridefinendo la creazione cinematografica. L’utilizzo di software intelligenti nel processo produttivo solleva questioni cruciali, come la paternità dell’opera, la standardizzazione del linguaggio visivo e, soprattutto, la ridefinizione della natura della creatività e del ruolo dell’autore. Attraverso esempi e posizioni teoriche, si evidenzia come l’IA possa operare tanto come strumento e supporto, quanto come agente autonomo, concorrendo con il regista e le altre figure professionali, e al contempo delineando nuovi percorsi di co-creazione.
