In today's dynamic business landscape, organizations are continually seeking ways to maintain a competitive edge and drive growth. The emergence of intrapreneurship has proven to be a valuable solution to achieving this goal. This study investigates the ecosystem of intrapreneurship, focusing on the relationship between intrapreneurial culture, transformational leadership, behavior integration within a team, individual attributes and motivation. Through a mixed methodology approach conducted within the Italian company "Aeonvis S.p.A," the study utilizes in the first step quantitative analysis (survey) and in the second step qualitative analysis (interviews). The findings of this research demonstrate a mutual influence between intrapreneurial culture and transformational leadership, with the latter reinforcing the relationship between intrapreneurial culture and individuals’ integration within teams. The study also highlights the significance of individual attributes, motivation, and individual reflective conscious autonomy (autonomy) in driving intrapreneurial behavior. Additionally, the analysis reveals the harmonious coexistence of reflexive concious autonomy and individuals’ integration within teams, emphasizing the pivotal role of managers in facilitating this balance within teams. By examining the interconnections between intrapreneurial culture, transformational leadership, behavior integration, individual attributes, and reflective conscious autonomy, this study contributes to the existing literature. It provides valuable insights into the multifaceted nature of intrapreneurship and emphasizes the importance of organizational support and individuals' personal attributes in fostering an intrapreneurial culture. This research expands the theoretical understanding of intrapreneurship and offers practical implications for organizations seeking to promote intrapreneurial behavior within their teams

Abstract

EXPLORING THE DYNAMICS OF INTRAPRENEURIAL CULTURE AND TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP: IMPLICATIONS FOR TEAM INTEGRATION AND INTRAPRENEURIAL BEHAVIOR
