La Sacra Arcidiocesi Ortodossa ed i suoi rapporti con lo Stato

This thesis analyzes the relations between the Orthodox Archdiocese of Italy and the Italian State, with specific reference to the agreement approved by Law No. 126 of 2012. The work also explores the legal framework governing agreements between the State and religious denominations, as well as the historical and institutional presence of the Orthodox Church within the Italian territory.

La presente tesi analizza i rapporti tra l’Arcidiocesi Ortodossa d’Italia e lo Stato italiano, con specifico riferimento all’intesa approvata con la legge n. 126 del 2012. L’elaborato approfondisce, inoltre, il quadro giuridico delle intese tra lo Stato e le confessioni religiose, nonché la presenza storica e istituzionale della Chiesa ortodossa nel territorio italiano.
