To complete my course of study, I have chosen to delve into and make an excursus from the birth of marketing and its first functions to its evolution in the present day. In particular, marketing and its relationship with the whole concept of "digital" and "Internet," the latest successful trends that have had greater effects in terms of performance and have succeeded in attracting more of the target audience, will be analyzed, and then we will arrive at a new type of marketing that has been evolving just recently, thanks to the constant research in the field of Artificial Intelligence (AI): AI marketing. A brief introduction will consequently be given precisely on AI, which is gaining more and more ground in our daily lives and which is going to affect the company in terms of 360-degree business, marketing and strategy.It all stems from a concept of "innovation" that is increasingly sought after these days, both as a matter of market positioning with respect to competitors and from the point of view of the audience or consumer, who has also evolved over time and is proportionally looking more and more for something that can shock him and attract his attention. Specifically, special cases will be analyzed where AI is used as a means to create this innovation, and then we will see the real revolution in which the situation is reversed and AI takes the place of humans in the creation of texts, images, music tracks with special cases, where it then replaces human creativity. AI Marketing, a new phenomenon capable of creating something never seen before, which goes beyond the limits of human imagination. Through this itinerary it will be possible to answer several thesis questions: is generative AI (GenAI) used as a creator of new products to be introduced into the market really an innovative technique that actually brings benefits to the company? Or is it merely a new strategy to attract more audience and disrupt the rules of the market? In addition, other possible thesis questions that will be analyzed are: will this new idea-generating process actually be successful or not? What are the advantages and disadvantages? What should we expect in terms of future prediction?
A completamento del mio percorso di studi, ho scelto di approfondire e compiere un excursus che parte dalla nascita del marketing e le sue prime funzioni per poi arrivare alla sua evoluzione ai giorni nostri. In particolare si analizzerà il marketing e la relazione con tutto il concetto di “digital” e “Internet”, gli ultimi trend di successo che hanno avuto degli effetti maggiori in termini di performance e che sono riusciti ad attirare maggiormente il target di riferimento, per arrivare quindi ad un nuovo tipo di marketing che si sta evolvendo proprio in questi ultimi tempi, grazie alla costante ricerca nel campo dell’Artificial Intelligence (AI): l’AI marketing . Verrà conseguentemente svolta una breve introduzione proprio sull’AI, che sta prendendo sempre piu piede nella nostra quotidianità e che va ad incidere sull’azienda in termini di business a 360 gradi, marketing e strategia. Il tutto nasce da un concetto di “innovazione” che di questi tempi è sempre piu ricercata, sia per una questione di posizionamento sul mercato rispetto ai concorrenti, che dal punto di vista dell’audience o del consumatore, evolutosi anche lui nel tempo e che proporzionalmente ricerca sempre in più qualcosa che possa sconvolgerlo ed attrarre la sua attenzione. Nello specifico, verranno analizzati dei casi particolari dove l’AI viene utilizzata come mezzo per creare questa innovazione, per poi vedere la vera rivoluzione nella quale la situazione viene ribaltata e l’AI prende il posto dell’uomo nella creazione di testi, immagini, brani musicali con casi particolari, dove quindi sostituisce la creatività umana. L’AI Marketing, un nuovo fenomeno in grado di creare qualcosa di mai visto prima, che vada oltre i limiti dell’immaginazione umana. Tramite questo itinerario sarà possibile rispondere a diverse domande di tesi: l’AI generativa (GenAI) utilizzata come ideatrice di nuovi prodotti da introdurre nel mercato è veramente una tecnica innovativa che porta effettivamente dei vantaggi all’azienda? O si tratta esclusivamente di una nuova strategia per attrarre maggiormente l’audience e stravolgere le regole del mercato? Inoltre, altre possibili domande di tesi che si analizzeranno sono: questo nuovo processo generativo di idee avrà effettivamente successo o meno? Quali sono i vantaggi e gli svantaggi? Cosa ci dobbiamo aspettare in termini di previsione futura?
