This thesis aimed to study antigypsyism and education of Roma people, one of the most vulnerable minority groups live in Europe. Discussed about the education and Roma inclusion by analysing the internal and external components of the process. The main internal features of the community are studied and as well as external relations with government, institutions both national and international , NGOs and civil society. The research beings with general overview on history, specific features , population categories, their socio economic situation in EU and finally analysed about their situation in Italy with relevant to the thematic areas. More deeply the chapter explored the past and current living condition of the Roma community, who are strongly affected by a status of multidimensional poverty which passes generation to the next. This also included outline of antigypsyism as one of the barrier for the inclusion process. Discussed about definition, terminology, manifestation, historical backgrounds , political interferences , supranational institutional norms and finally media interferences. Education is the only way to overcome this socio and economic deprivation of this community therefore , next chapter deeply analysed about Roma educational situation in Italy. This also deeply analysed supranational institutional and national strategies and policies towards educational inclusion. Finally, analysed reasons for the upper secondary school drop-out of Roma children. Conclusion included brief summary of all the final findings with own recommendations.
