GreenerGym was born thanks to the awareness of the co-founders: a group of Millennials and Gen Zs students who noticed a strong trend in the market and an emergent need: to enjoy the possibility of doing physical activity while protecting the environment at the same time. Green trends have arisen during the previous years and they have been a matter of social disturbance in France, where customers tend to be more conscious about environmental protection. The co-founders take as an assumption that people have still a need of being rewarded for a good behavior about being eco-friendly. Focused on innovativeness and the market environment which is characterized by none direct competition with the same business purpose, the company can identify a wide range of functional competitors (physical activities centers). GreenerGym will be a facility which offers all installation needed to develop a range of activities related to the green purchase behavior. The main activity is related to the physical activity, GreenerGym offers a fitness center located close to Rivétoile in Strasbourg, where clients can produce energy thank to the machines mechanisms that will be stocked for the company and which will represent a percentage of discount to their memberships as incentive for coming back and as a motivation in customer behavior (Michaelidou & Moraes, 2014), all the progress carried out by each of them can be followed thanks to the software that will be created in an App for better understanding. The primary target market will be people from 18 to 38 years old with a middle-upper income, to whom we will supply our value: Healthy routine for a healthy world and body. Since GreenerGym purpose is to create a bigger consciousness about the importance of a green economy, the fitness center will offer an ecological shop in the building where customers will find organic products, in order to maximize this purpose and create a new culture and link with people that want to reach a greener lifestyle (Sreen, Purbey, & Sadarangani, 2018). Considering that during the second and third year there will be an increase of 35% and 50% in the revenue model, the company expect to have a net income of 93.915,26 at the end of the third year. The investment needed will be 200.000 which will be funded by a bank loan of 5 years of amortization at 2% of interest, plus the capital invested for the co-founders, 100.000 split out in 5 equals parts which determine the ownership of 20% of shares for each founder: Lucía Antonelli, Luisalba Muñoz Rangel, Charlotte Rigaux, Camille Roth and Luc Vicedo. All funds will be invested in the equipment necessary to run the business, and in a minor way, in online strategy. GreenerGym aims to introduce a revolution in the fitness world in France, delivering a high-quality service through an innovative eco-friendly alternative for gyms consumption, to propose an ethical commitment and reduce energy waste. GreenerGyms vision is to become soon the most known place in Strasbourg for those who desire an exceptional fitness experience while making a positive impact to the world. It will be the first ecological gym in the city providing innovative machines which takes care of the environment, to enhance the health and the well-being of both our community and its region.
