La tesi in oggetto si propone di presentare il business plan come fattore di vantaggio competitivo dell'azienda. Dopo una precisa analisi delle caratteristiche aziendali del teatro, il progetto presenta tutte le possibili fonti di finanziamento a cui il teatro può far ricorso per portare a termine i propri obiettivi. L'attenzione viene in particolare posta quindi sul business plan come strumento di pianificazione e mezzo per ottenere i finanziamenti, tuttavia ancora sottovalutato in campo culturale.
