The thesis sought to deepen the strategies and tools of digital marketing in the non-profit sector, a topic that is not yet fully integrated into non-profit organizations. After studying numerous scientific articles, which helped to create a theoretical background, we tried to deepen in a practical way some useful tools for the NPOs, giving also some examples of how they are used. In the second part, a research was conducted, through 9 interviews with marketing and fundraising managers of Italian non-profit organizations. Eight questions were given on various topics arising from the analysis of the literature, which do not focus on a specific part of Digital Marketing, but which tries to give an overview of the digital situation in the Third Sector, that is, from the website to Analytics, passing through social media and content shared on them. Digital in the non-profit sector is increasingly becoming part of daily communication and fundraising strategies, even though there is a lack of full awareness of how all these tools can be useful in achieving the objectives of the various non-profit sectors, and above all, a certain diffidence towards the term marketing, especially in the small NPOs, has not yet been completely overcome.

Abstract
Digital in the non-profit sector is increasingly becoming part of daily communication and fundraising strategies, even though there is a lack of full awareness of how all these tools can be useful in achieving the objectives of the various non-profit sectors, and above all, a certain diffidence towards the term marketing, especially in the small NPOs, has not yet been completely overcome.È consentito all'utente scaricare e condividere i documenti disponibili a testo pieno in UNITESI UNIPV nel rispetto della licenza Creative Commons del tipo CC BY NC ND.
