LA POLITICA COMMERCIALE COMUNE NEL TRATTATO SUL FUNZIONAMENTO DELL'UNIONE EUROPEA

My thesis deals with the developments introduced in the context of the common commercial policy following the Lisbon Treaty of 2007. The first chapter focuses on the analysis of the sectors that can be included in the notion of common commercial policy according to Articles 206 and 207 TFEU. The second chapter contains an exposition of the main tools with which the European Union institutions implement the rules on the common commercial policy. Finally, the third chapter talks about international commercial agreements concluded according to the provisions of article 207 TFEU.

La mia tesi tratta degli sviluppi introdotti nell'ambito della politica commerciale comune in seguito al Trattato di Lisbona del 2007. Il primo capitolo si focalizza sull'analisi dei settori che possono essere ricompresi nella nozione di politica commerciale comune secondo gli articoli 206 e 207 TFUE. Il secondo capitolo contiene un'esposizione dei principali strumenti con cui le Istituzioni dell'Unione Europea danno attuazione alle norme in materia di politica commerciale comune. Infine il terzo capitolo parla degli accordi internazionali commerciali conclusi secondo le disposizioni dell'articolo 207 TFUE.
