Il diritto del lavoro tutela il lavoratore nelle situazioni di crisi di impresa. Con il presente elaborato ho cercato di analizzare gli effetti prodotti dal fallimento sui rapporti di lavoro e i rimedi utilizzati dal legislatore per farvi fronte, avendo altresì riguardo alla nuova legge delega di riforma della legge fallimentare che si preoccupa anche dei rapporti di lavoro.
