The thesis aims to analyze the main implications that the former founders' mobility has on the newly founded company, in the sense of success or failure. Then I will analyze the major implications that success or failure of the company has on the future productivity and future movements of the founder. For this study, Stata's statistical software will be used.
La tesi si prefigge di analizzare le principali implicazioni che la precedente mobilità dei fondatori ha sulla nuova impresa fondata, in termine di successo o fallimento. Successivamente si analizzerà come, quanto successo all'impresa, influisce sulla futura produttività e i futuri spostamenti del fondatore. Per il presente studio si utilizzerà il software statistico Stata.
